The purpose of this website is to provide an independent, non-governmental repository of facts, verified information and evidence-based research related to the November 3, 2026 referenda that have been scheduled as the result of a Joint Consolidation Agreement (JCA) dated August 5, 2026 between the governments of the Village of New Paltz, NY and the Town of New Paltz, NY.

This website is funded by private citizens. The final version of the JCA can be found on the websites of the governments of the Village and the Town of New Paltz.
